Plastic induration of the penis - oral treatment with tamoxifen

Plastic induration of the penis (Peyronie’s disease) is a benign condition of the penis affecting men with an average age of 50 to 55 years.

Treatment is mostly troublesome and requires a long-term and patient cooperation and trust between the patient and their physician.

The paper presents a case of successful treatment with oral administration of tamoxifen.
