Tumors of the urinary tract - source of the hematuria in chilhood

The hematuria is always an important symptom of urinary tract disorders. Inflammation or trauma urinary tract is the main hematuria cause in chilhood. The urinary tract tumors are the leading hematurie cause in adults, rarely in children. The Wilms´tumor is the most frequent child urinary tract tumor with hematuria. Other singular tumors (renal cell carcinoma, epithelial tumors and rhabdomyosarcoma etc.) could present child hematuria too. The paper aims are calling to the fact, that although these diseases are quite rare in children, they still appear.Key word´s: children, hematuria, renal cell carcinoma, epithelial tumors, rhabdomyosarcoma.
