Glansectomy by treatment penile verrucous carcinoma

Penile squamous cell carcinoma is a rare cancer and almost exclusively a lesion of uncircumcised older men. Verrucous carcinoma
is an uncommon variant that accounts for only 5 % to 16 % of all penile squamous cell carcinomas. The following case report
describes penile verrucous carcinoma in a 60 – year old white man as an incidental finding during circumcision. The patient
subsequently underwent glansectomy.
