Extramammary Paget‘s disease in anogenital localization is very rare disease. The apokrine glands are mainly affected.. It is usually
a slow-growing, invasive or non-invasive lesions. They cause in the majority of patients pruritus of affected area, sometimes accompanied
by pain or bleeding. Interesting feature is the possible association with an associated invasive carcinoma.The malignant tumour is
usually localized in the urethra, bladder, prostate or rectum. In our case, we present case history of patient with extramammary Paget‘s
disease which is localized on scrotum after surgery review due to inflammatory process of scrotum.
