External genitalia in children are most frequently affected by congenital anomalies. Phimosis, cryptorchidism, hydrocele and varicocele
in adolescents are most common and are met in routine praxis not only by paediatric urologists, but adult urologists, paediatric surgeons
and paediatricens too. Authors review actual knowledge and recommendations concerning these issues with special attention to work
up and treatment indications.
