Liposarkom semenného provazce

Primární mezenchymální zhoubné nádory semenného provazce jsou velmi vzácné a liposarkom představuje zhruba 7–15 % z nich. Diagnóza bývá stanovena často až z histologického vyšetření a z hlediska prognózy je u lokalizovaného onemocnění rozhodující dostatečný rozsah chirurgického výkonu. Ve sdělení je popsán případ tohoto onemocnění řešený na našem pracovišti.
