Seminom prostaty

U devětadvacetiletého muže vyšetřeného pro renální koliku byla nalezena výrazně zvětšená prostata. Biopticky zjištěn primární seminom prostaty. Po neoadjuvantní systémové chemoterapii a radikální prostatektomii žije nemocný 36 měsíců bez známek recidivy onemocnění.
