Embryonální rabdomyosarkom ledvinové pánvičky

Uvedená kazuistika devatenáctileté nemocné s rychle se zvětšující expanzí pravé ledviny. Po radikální nefrektomii s lymfadenektomií prokázalo histopatologické vyšetření embryonální rabdomyosarkom ledvinové pánvičky. Bylo podáno 9 cyklů chemoterapie, od pátého cyklu splu s radioterapií. Nemocná je 18 měsíců od ukončení terapie bez známek recidivy onemocnění.
