Traumatická ruptura hydronefrotické ledviny

Prezentován nemocný, sledovaný pro objemnou hydronefrózu s hypofunkcí pravé ledviny, u kterého při pádu na břicho došlo k ruptuře hydronefrotického vaku a vzniku rozsáhlého retroperitoneálního urinomu. Pacient byl akutně hospitalizován, po provedení CT retroperitonea a ascendentní pyelografie vpravo jsme provedli pravostrannou nefrektomii. Nemocný je 24 měsíců od operace bez obtíží, bez známek renální insuficience.
