Farmakologická léčba chronické nenádorové bolesti

Článek udává obecný přehled o možnostech léčby chronické nenádorové bolesti. Obsahově vychází z metodických pokynů kolektivu autorů, které byly odsouhlaseny výbory řady odborných společností. Strategie léčby CHNNB je obdobná jako při léčbě bolesti onkologické, vychází z třístupňového žebříčku WHO. Článek obsahuje základní dělení bolesti, měření její intenzity, jsou popsány základní terapeutické možnosti léčby. Velká pozornost je věnována léčbě boleti silnými opioidy, strategii zahajování léčby, řešením nejčastějších nežádoucích účinků a důvodům přerušení léčby opioidy.
