Vrozená laterální deformace penisu

Autoři uvádějí kazuistiku vzácného onemocnění, jehož podkladem je vrozená hypoplazie jednoho z kavernózních těles s následnou laterální deviací penisu při erekci. Nález je operačně řešen modifikovanou operací dle Nesbita. Výsledkem je kompletní pooperační korekce penilní, deformace bez zkrácení kontralaterální strany.
