kazuistika nemocné s oboustranným iatrogenním poraněním močovodů

Cíl: Kazuistika ukazuje možnost řešení močové derivace po oboustranném iatrogenním poranění močovodů při gynekologické operaci, které nebylo peroperačně rozpoznáno.

Metoda: Transureteroureteroanastomóza zprava doleva a ureterocystoneoanastomóza dle Hendrena s psoas hitch v jedné operační době po dříve založené pravostranné nefrostomii.

Závěr: Prezentujeme nemocnou s karcinomem děložního čípku pT1b, u které došlo při radikální gynekologické operaci ke kompletní obstrukci pravého močovodu ve středním úseku a nekompletní obstrukci intramurálního močovodu vlevo. Rekonstrukční operací se podařilo stav vyřešit ad integrum.
