The median age of men with prostate cancer is 67,5 years. We have evidence-based information about elderly with metastaticprostate cancer in clinical trials. The age alone in not a contraindication for ARTA therapy (abiraterone acetate + prednisone,enzalutamide) and chemotherapy (docxetaxel,cabazitaxel). The radium-223 is a therapeutic options for bone metastases. The allpossible interactions of treatment should be monitored.

The concept of penile rehabilitation revolves around protection of erectile tissue – cavernosal smooth muscle and endothelium,during the phase when the cavernous nerves are non-functioning or functioning poorly. Mixed epithelial and stromal tumors of the kidney are relatively rare benign tumors with female predominance. Imaging methodsshow multiple cystic and solid areas and are not diagnostic. As category Bosniak III or IV are threated surgically. Histopathologicallythey show mesenchymal and epithelial components with characteristic immunohistochemical evidence of estrogen andprogesterone receptors.
