Systemic therapy of the prostate cancer comprises an application of the medication influencing primary tumor and also metastases. This treatment is based on the hormonal therapy combined with prevention and therapy of the bone changes and in some cases chemotherapy. The authors introduce the basic results of the new representative survey of sexual behavior in the general population in the Czech Republic (1 000 men and 1 000 women older than 15 years) and the comparison of these results with the previous surveys in 1993, 1998 and 2003. The results prove, that the trends in this area are positive. Management of urinary incontinence with clean intermittent autocatheterization and fesoterodine in patiens with sclerosis multiplex

The case is presented as a treatment example of urinary incontinence in neurogenic bladder in patients with multiple sclerosis.
