Extra-anatomic stent - skin erosin as a late complication

The extra-anatomic stent (EAS) is a suitable alternative method for the derivation of upper urinary tract, especially when others routinely used options have failed. The report includes a case report of a patient with malignant disease and urinary derivation by extra-anatomic stent Detour® with late skin complication.
