Fournier's gangrene

Fournier's gangrene is a very serious necrotizing fasciitis of external genitals and perianal area. It affects mostly weakened immunosuppressedpatients and patients with comorbidities. As a treatment there is used radical surgical removal of necrosis, treatmentwith broad-spectrum antibiotics, drainage and intensive care. It is important a very fast start. Authors describe a clinical case report.
