Úskalí diferenciální diagnostiky a léčby pokročilého maligního čI zánětlivého nádoru ledviny

Autoři prezentují ojedinělý případ vyléčení pokročilého „nádoru“ ledviny u polymorbidní nemocné. Diagnóza inoperabilního, k zadní stěně tělní fixovaného a uzliny a paranefrium postihujícího nádoru, byla stanovena v roce 1999 na základě radiologických vyšetření a peroperačně. Následujících 9 let byla nemocná v péči internisty a holistické (celostní) ordinace. Kontrolní CT ledvin v lednu 2006 bylo ve smyslu tumoru ledviny negativní. Pacientka zemřela v lednu tohoto roku na multiorgánové selhání, sekčně nebyl nádor ledviny prokázán.
