Multifokální konvenční světlobuněčný karcinom v transplantované ledvině

Autoři prezentují incidentální nález multifokálního konvenčního světlobuněčného tumoru v transplantované ledvině u pacienta 6 let po úspěšné transplantaci. Vlastní graftektomie byla provedena pro chronickou rejekci a ztrátu funkce graftu.
