Oboustranná granulomatózní orchiepididymitis jako komplikace BCG léčby povrchového karcinomu močového měchýře

Autoři referují o závažné komplikaci instilační léčby pomocí BCG vakcíny. U pacienta došlo ascendentní cestou k zavlečení zánětu do obou varlat, kde vznikl granulomatózní BCG zánět, který imitoval nádorové postižení.
