Fraktura penisu patří mezi relativně vzácné akutní urologické stavy. Vzhledem k možným pozdním komplikacím vyžaduje včasné stanovení diagnózy a náležitou terapii. Autoři poukazují na současné možnosti léčby a možné komplikace.
