Akutní emfyzematózní pyelonefritida je vzácné ale závažné a život ohrožující onemocnění, charakterizované hnisavým zánětem ledviny s tvorbou plynu v renální a perirenální tkáni. Přinášíme krátký přehled o tomto onemocnění a kazuistiky dvou našich nemocných.
