Ruptura sleziny, vzácná komplikace po LERV

Litotrypse extrakorporální rázovou vlnou (LERV) je neinvazivní metodou léčby urolitiázy. Je metodou první volby u konkrementů lokalizovaných v ledvině a v proximálním močovodu. Mezi absolutní kontrindikace LERV řadíme graviditu, nekorigovatelné koagulopatie a floridní infekce močových cest. Závažné komplikace jsou vzácné. Autoři referují o ruptuře sleziny s rozvojem hemoragického šoku, jako vzácné, ale závažné komplikace po LERV, vyžadující urgentní laparotomii a revizi dutiny břišní.
