LOW BACK PAIN - THE MOST COMMON DIAGNOSIS IN THE PRAXIS

The affection of lumbar spinal column and cord represent the broad differential diagnosis in the urological praxis and therefore the main important types of those affections were analyzed in details. The indications of the clinical neurological investigations and specification of clinical dat and anamnestic data are mentioned. Particular auxiliary investigational modalities used in spinal column affections are further introduced and their indications are specified. Particular chapters including treatment are addressed to a high degree to functional disorders, to inherited disorders, degenerative and systemic affection and traumatic lesions of spinal column and cord, where the particular syndromes are depicted.
