Metastáza kolorektálního karcinomu v prostatě

Autoři prezentují nemocného s kolorektálním karcinomem, u kterého došlo tři roky po abdominoperineální amputaci rekta ke vzniku metastázy v prostatě. Pacientovi byly aplikovány 4 kúry chemoterapie, po kterých ložisko v prostatě nejevilo známky regrese. Byla provedena salvage cystoprostatektomie se zajištěním derivace moči ileálním konduitem. Pacient však zemřel 7 měsíců od operace.

Tato kazuistika upozorňuje na možný výskyt metastatického postižení prostaty a na jeho velmi špatnou prognózu.
