Nejčastějšími STD (Sexually Transmitead Diseases), se kterými se v současnosti setkává urolog v praxi, jsou infekce vyvolané patogeny Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealyticum a Mycoplasma hominis. Při diagnostice a léčbě se můžeme setkat s řadou obtíží. Na základě vlastních i literárních zkušeností chceme upozornit na některé z nich.
