Hemospermie vyděsí postiženého více, než hematurie. I po čtyřicátém roku věku je maligní příčina vzácná. Po vyloučení nekontrolované hypertenze je rozhodujícím prostředkem v diagnostice transrektální sonografie (TRUS).

Haemospermia

Haemospermia frightened the patient more than the haematuria. Also, over the age of 40 it can be caused by malignancy, although this is rare. After excluding uncontrolled hypertension as an aetiology, the transrectal sonography is authoritative (TRUS).
