Nová chirurgická metoda léčby mužské inkontinence

Bulbouretrální slingová operace prolenovou páskou je novým, jednoduchým a efektivním dlouhodobým řešením močové inkontinence u muže po operaci prostaty. Pooperační urodynamické studie po bulbouretrálních slingových operacích zjistily, že mechanizmus účinku spočívá zejména v kompresi uretry a rovněž ve zvýšení uretrální rezistence při zvýšení nitrobřišního tlaku. Zásadní význam pro úspěšnost výkonu má přesná diagnostika inkontinence, výběr místa uložení pásky pod bulbární uretrou a provedení tahu v závislosti na maximálním uretrálním tlaku a -leak point pressure-. Dosud známé a zveřejněné klinické zkušenosti podporují hypotézu, že závěsná operace prolenovou páskou je adekvátním řešením inkontinence muže po operačních výkonech na prostatě. K ověření výsledků je třeba provést další klinické studie s delším sledováním, ověřením dlouhodobých výsledků a detailním rozborem této techniky.
