Úvod

Videourodynamika umožňuje simultánní měření a zo­brazení urodynamických parametrů pomocí rentgenu. Vývoj rentgenografie močového měchýře v 50 letech byl hlavním sti­mulem k dosažení lepšího porozumění funkce dolních močových cest (DMC). Poprvé byla použita cystografie během urodynamického vyšetření již v roce 1960 a během následujících let byla dále rozvíjena až do dnešní podoby a je nazývána videourodynamikou. Jde tedy o dynamické vyšetření skladování, transportu a evakuace moči doplněné zobrazovací metodou o morfologický obraz.
